What should I bring?

We’ll provide everything you need for the experience, floor seating, picnic setup, refreshments, and materials. You’re welcome to bring a journal, sun hat, or light throw for extra comfort.

What is the dress code?

We encourage “Picnic Chic” flowy, fresh, and comfortable. Think feminine ease with a soft luxe vibe. Dress in a way that feels beautiful and breathable for light movement and outdoor relaxation.

Is this a fitness event?

Not quite. This is a social wellness experience with light, guided movement like stretching and breathwork, not a workout. It’s about grounding, connection, and intentional release.

Will food be provided?

Yes! A selection of light bites, nourishing refreshments, and infused wellness drinks will be served. Please let us know after registration if you have any dietary restrictions. Email letsgetactive@enve34.com

Can I come alone?

This event is curated specifically for women. Each guest must register individually due to limited capacity and the intentional nature of the experience.

What if it rains?

In the event of severe weather, we will notify all attendees 24 hours in advance with a rescheduled date.

What’s the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. However, tickets may be transferred to another guest with prior notice. Please email us in advance if you need to make a change.

Is the event accessible?

The event will take place on grassy, outdoor terrain with picnic style floor seating. If you require specific accommodations, please reach out to us directly before the event, we’ll do our best to support you.

How do I stay connected after the event?
