In this workshop you will learn how to properly identify and appropriately address employee issues. We will also explore the performance management life cycle and provide useful tips and recommendations for each stage - to help you Be Outstanding, all while entertaining you with some of your favorite 70's tunes! Wear you favorite 70's gear and dancing shoes (optional but highly recommended), and come with an open mind (required)!
