We will provide you with wireless headphones so that you can participate. You'll hear ambient music playing throughout, to lull you into a state of quiet, and then there will be some guided meditation around the theme of gratitude.

What do I need to bring?

A yoga mat, blanket, and warm clothes. We will be outside as the sun goes down. We also ask for some form of ID in exchange for borrowing the headphones during the event.

As Thanksgiving and the holiday season nears, join us in the Metropolitan Park for an hour of nourishing stillness, inner warmth, and gentle reflection. Through provided wireless headphones, you'll be immersed in lush stereo soundscapes offered by Zen Steady and guided meditations by Sarah Loden that invite you to explore gratitude in the present moment.

We'll provide some blankets and mats. For extra warmth, please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and wrap up in something warm, as you join kindred spirit neighbors under the beautiful November sky.
