✨ About the Event:
Join us for a heart-opening, soul-refreshing experience in the serene hills of Morgan Hill. “Let Go” is a sacred mini day retreat designed to help you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with the peace, power, and presence within.
Led by transformational breathwork guide Bryce Gubler, this session combines deep diaphragmatic breathing with soulful guidance to bring about emotional release, spiritual reset, and mental clarity.
This event is open to women, men, and teens. Whether you’re new to breathwork or deeply experienced, you’ll walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with yourself.

Teenagers often carry silent stress, pressure, and emotional overwhelm. Breathwork helps them regulate emotions, improve focus, and develop healthy ways to manage anxiety—all while building self-trust and confidence in a safe, loving space.
🧺 What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or inflatable mat
• Blanket, pillow, water, eye mask
• Journal + pen
• Comfortable clothes
• An open heart and clear intention
Note: Please refrain from eating 2–3 hours before the session for optimal results. It's preferable to come fasting

This experience is generally safe and healing, but not recommended for individuals with the following conditions:
• Heart disease / cardiovascular issues
• Glaucoma or detached retina
• Aneurysms

• High blood pressure
• Delicate pregnancy
• Recent surgery or injury
