Can I come with my partner?

Yes; you and your partner can attend the workshop together. However, this is not couples counseling. If you would like to improve high-conflict relationship issues, couples therapy may be more appropriate.

Can I come if I'm in the LBGTQ+ community?

Yes; the research that this workshop is based upon does support any type of relationship between two individuals looking for a happy, lasting commitment.

Is this like therapy?

No; this is not therapy. The workshop is a skills-learning experience. However, if interested, I can provide you with a list of great therapists.

Why is the workshop done over four weeks vs one full-day?

The workshop is intended to be a learn and practice experience. We spread the course across weeks is to allow us to lean and then experiment with the new skills. Then, in each session, we can discuss these experiences before building the next set of skills.

What should I bring?

Nothing; you do not have to bring anything. Notepads and pens will be provided, However, if you want, feel free to bring your personal notebook and pen.
