Make sure to bring your gloves and shinguards as this will include live demos and provide the opportunity to try the techniques you learn right then and there!

Will I have the opportunity to ask Lerdsila questions?

Yes! Lerdsila will lead a two-hour clinic and then stick around for questions and answers.

Do I have to be a member of ITC New York to attend?

Absolutely not! We welcome all members of the Muay Thai community to take part in this seminar.

How can I get to ITC New York?

We're about a 10 minute walk from the nearest subway (N/W stop in Astoria) or you can take the bus or drive. There is a good amount of street parking readily available.
