Would this be appropriate for anyone under 16?

Reach out! Certain topics or containers may not fit certain ages but I recognize that each child is different.

Do I need to bring anything?

Nope! Just your body! Mats, pillows, and blankets are provided!

What if I cannot physically sit on the floor/mat?

That's okay! Let me know ahead of time and we can arrange our comfortable squishy couch to be brought in.

What do I do if I am running late?

We recognize that life happens - please reach out. Otherwise, you will not be able to arrive after 6:05.
