Legislative Update & Most Asked Legal Questions
ASCCA's State Government Affairs Committee is charged with the responsibility of increased credibility and influence in government and regulatory affairs. This Committee, Chaired by ASCCA Member Dave Kusa, Owner, AutoTrend Diagnostics, does that through its constant review of new and pending legislation and regulations, working with our Association lobbyist and legislative advocate Jack Molodanof.
Join us as Dave and Jack share an overview of the pending rules and regulations that will have an affect on your business. We'll also allow plenty of time for Q&A, so come with your questions. Jack will start us off with some of the most frequently asked member questions.
