About this event

Legacy, Community, and Generosity

Rooted in the belief that education and community are inextricably linked, this event will highlight NCI’s enduring legacy of neighborhood empowerment, spanning early learning and youth development, senior engagement, and leadership development.

You’ll hear inspiring stories from local youth and those whose lives have been shaped by NCI’s programs and partnerships. These personal narratives will be paired with powerful conversations about what it takes to build safe, supportive communities where everyone can thrive.

Over the last two decades, NCI has been a steady force for positive change, addressing academic achievement gaps, reducing youth violence, supporting working families, and cultivating a strong sense of purpose and pride among residents. Today, as we all face new challenges, NCI continues to innovate by strengthening collaborations with community members, civic leaders, and grassroots organizations to meet the evolving needs of the Northside Community Involvement, Inc. service area.

This is more than a community meeting — it’s an invitation to invest in hope. Join us in shaping a stronger, more equitable Jacksonville — one child, one family, one neighborhood at a time.
