Join Us for a Special Screening of Left Behind — In honor of Dyslexia Awareness Month

This powerful documentary affirms families' experiences with literacy struggles and highlights the urgent need to treat literacy as a civil right. Left Behind tells the story of parents who fought to create the first public dyslexic school in New York City—offering a window into the broader challenges many families face.

Following the screening, we’ll facilitate a panel discussion with Kareem Weaver and other special guests on literacy as a civil right, plus share resources and actionable ways to stay informed and support the work.
