Samir Desai is an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy, specializing in Learning & Knowledge Management and Equity in Decision Making. With over 30 years of experience in Talent Management across consulting, higher education, and healthcare, he is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. Outside of work, he is a passionate Indian dancer, teacher, and proud geek who embraces all things superheroes, Star Wars, and Harry Potter.
