Writing your own life story can be a challenging, sometimes daunting experience. However, it is also richly rewarding and can be an extremely cathartic experience.

You can relive, re-evaluate, and reflect on your life’s journey, your changing values, express what people have meant to you, and impart what your hopes and dreams for the future generations of your family may be.

The purpose of this workshop is to give people the inspiration to put their life’s journey on record, it’s important to get your story right for your loved ones.
