Please join Brian Czerwinski for an overview of King County leave programs. This training is intended for supervisors to learn more about leave administration, their role in the process, and general expectations. This training can be useful for both new and seasoned supervisors.

You will learn:

• How to identify an employee’s potential need for leave.
• When and what to say.
• What not to say or ask.
• Your role as a supervisor in leave administration.
• Discuss strategies for absence management.
• Ask leave related questions (as time allows).
