Join us for an enchanting evening of leather bookbinding ! Unleash your creativity and learn the ancient art of crafting spell books. Our expert instructor Jeanne Goodman, owner of XLIBRIS Bookbinding & Preservation will guide you through the process, from selecting the perfect leather to sewing your textblock with authentic materials for your very own mystical tome.

• Make a handmade book by traditional methods and using vegatable-tanned goat leather specifically for bookbinding
• All materials provided: leather, paper, thread, and adhesives
• All equipment and tools will be provided.

Beginner to experienced crafters are welcome, but must be 18 or older. We will be sewing our own textblock and cutting leather so some experience with hand tools will be helpful!

This in-person event will take place at The Frame Gallery, 108 N. Bryan Ave, Bryan, TX, USA.
