Self-Hypnosis
Class description:The Self-hypnosis workshop will teach you a technique you can use to do self-hypnosis. The technique is based on Rick Smith's book, "How To Master Self-Hypnosis In A Weekend". The areas we will cover are breath work, progressive relaxation, and guided meditation.

Carl Myers has been a member of The Metaphysical Chapel of Life since December 21, 2014, and previously served as President on the Board of Directors.••••••••••
Carl is a gifted spiritual healer. His gift allows him to connect with a team of healing angels. Together they are able to deliver healing where it is needed for the best outcome of the person.
Carl was initiated into the Order of Healing Practitioner on February 5, 2017 and was awarded a Healing Practitioner Certificate by The Church of Enlightenment. He has also been ordained through the Universal Life Church.
