Our guest presenter, Adam Flickinger, AICP, Planning Director, Friends of the Chicago River, will review the novel strategies of Detroit, MI; Milwaukee, WI; New York, NY; and St. Paul, MN. We’ll learn how approaches to governance of prominent river assets diverge across cities and why strategies need continual adjustment.
