Join our Networking Events on the second Wednesday of the month at 1pm US Eastern Time to connect virtually with members of the Learning Engineering Community.
You can share your work, get feedback on your ideas, and meet others who care about data- and research-driven improvements in learning technology. The conversation will be informal and we’ll divide into smaller groups to facilitate conversation with varying levels of expertise and topical interest.

The Tools Competition runs annual funding opportunities for innovative, research-driven learning technologies addressing pressing issues in education. The 2022-2023 opportunities will award more than $4 million and invite ideas from technologists, digital learning platform creators, researchers, students and teachers.
The Learning Engineering Tools Competition will award more than $3 million to solutions for Pre-K through secondary education targeting Assessment, Learning Science Research, Teacher Development & Support, and Accelerated Learning. The Learning Engineering Tools Competition is sponsored by Schmidt Futures, Kenneth C. Griffin, Citadel and Citadel Securities, the Walton Family Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and AlleyCorp.
DARPA's AI Tools for Adult Learning will award $750,000 to ideas that leverage technology and advanced computational methods to help adults learn complex subjects required for national security. DARPA's AI Tools for Adult Learning is sponsored by the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA).
