Event description
Join us for a rare conversation with Massachusetts Education Commissioners Jeffrey Riley & Carlos Santiago, and Juana Matias of MassINC

About this event

Please join the Worcester Education Collaborative for our upcoming twelfth annual meeting, Learning Beyond Limits: Commissioning a New Way, taking place on November 1st from 4:00-6:00pm over Zoom.

Massachusetts’ Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Commissioners Jeffrey Riley and Carlos Santiago provide leadership, oversight, funding, support, and accountability for the Commonwealth's thirty college and university campuses and approximately 400 school districts that educate over 1 million students each year. At our twelfth annual meeting, MassINC Chief Operating Officer Juana Matias will facilitate a conversation between these two educator leaders.

Join us as we probe issues related to dramatic changes in school funding, the work of teaching and learning, matters of equity and access, and the shared work to create a system of education that supports all learners across a lifetime.

Many thanks to the lead sponsors for this event, Unibank, Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare, and United Way of Central Massachusetts.
