Who should not do TRE

Individuals who have physical or psychological/psychiatric conditions that require strict regulation, individuals with fragile psychological defenses, a complex history of trauma or restricting physical or medical limitations should consult their medical practitioner or a Certified TRE Provider.

Question 2

Can I show up late?

Accepted Answer

Exercises build upon one another.  Please arrive on time for the full experience. The class closes 3 minutes after the designated start time.  We start on time. No late attendees are admitted.

Question 3

What to wear and what to have for class

Accepted Answer

Please wear brighter, comfortable clothing you can lay down in for extended periods of time. Skirts are not advised. For the floor portion of the exercises, please have a sticky mat (yoga mat) and a blanket for extra padding. We will be using a wall for some of the exercises. Have good lighting.

Question 4

Will I need to be on camera

Accepted Answer

To maintain a safe and professionally guided environment, all participants are required to keep their cameras on and positioned to show themselves for the duration of each session clearly. This is essential for the facilitator to observe and support participants appropriately during the sesssion.

Question 5

What happens if I'm not able to be on camera

Accepted Answer

All sessions are confidential and are not recorded. Participants who do not comply with the camera requirement may be removed from the session at the facilitator’s discretion.

Can I cancel or reschedule my class?

Accepted Answer

To keep classes simple, sustainable, and fair for everyone: All class registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
