There is always something new to learn, and grow, as we will focus on positioning on the court, drop shots, dinks, overhead slams, serves, ball placement, partner movement, confidence in the kitchen, and so much more. This is recommended to all skill levels.

Most importantly, we will teach you the keys to Pain-free Pickleball with exercises, stretches, and warmups that will properly prepare you and your body for play, help prevent inquiries, and help you strengthen the most engaged muscles in pickleball.

This is a great opportunity to network, socialize, and enjoy some recreational sports in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Healthy snacks and beverages will be provided.

Please, submit your $25 prior to arrival to confirm your spot.

Your contribution goes towards court reservations, equipment (balls, paddles, first aid), and events.
