When you sign up, you’ll enter a 3-month exploratory period with Mandala of Light where you can join as many intro classes as you’d like and start building a meditation practice that works for your life.
Ananda began his meditation journey 7 years ago and now teaches in Dallas. Drawing from contemporary Buddhist practice and a successful career in business, he bridges the worlds of mindfulness & modern life. He leads in-person & online classes, guiding people toward greater peace, clarity, and joy. His teaching emphasizes the practical & spiritual benefits of meditation, helping those navigating the demands of work and life rediscover the depth & wonder of the present moment. Ananda enjoys hiking, yoga, and traveling.
