How to make pasta sheets and turn them into butternut ravioli! We will use Woodstock Creamery Ricotta and our own butternut squash.

How to make a cheese sauce, experiment and explore flavor profiles that work well with butternut squash.

Selecting equipment that's right for you to make pasta at home.
