Curious about curling? Looking for a new winter sport? Want to understand what they'll be doing at the Winter Olympics next February?

Register now for Upper Valley Curling's next Learn to Curl on Saturday November 22, 2025, 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Barwood Arena in Hartford, VT. Cost is $40 per person.

We'll teach you everything you need to know -- how to sweep, how to deliver a stone, and why it's called "curling" in the first place. No experience necessary, all equipment will be provided. We welcome new curlers from ages 12 to 80. See our Learn to Curl webpage for more information.

Plus, if you like what you try, you will have the opportunity to return for the Saturday curling session on 11/29 and/or 12/13 to practice more and perfect your game. If you STILL like it, you can join the club as a social member, play on Saturdays, substitute in for our Wednesday night league, and be eligible to join our league play beginning in October, 2026.

Space is limited, pre-registration is required.

Minors must be accompanied on the ice by a parent or guardian.
