Participants must be 21 or older.

What to expect
The session consists of 15 minutes of off-ice instruction, about 50 minutes learning how to sweep and deliver stones, then it's off to play a couple of ends of a game. Afterwards, you are invited to spend some time in the warm room broomstacking (socializing) with your team and opponents. Adult beverages will be for sale!

What time should I arrive?
Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to sign in and and change your shoes. But you can arrive up to 30 minutes early to hang out! :)

What do I wear? Your curling experience will be much more enjoyable if you wear the proper attire:

• Bring a clean pair of rubber soled tennis shoes to change into at the club. This is required.
• Wear loose fitting, stretchy clothing. Jeans are not recommended as they may restrict leg movement.
• Dress in layers. The air temperature on the ice is around 40 degrees, but can get as low as 32 degrees depending on the outdoor temperature. You may get warm from sweeping and want to remove a layer of clothes.

Are spectators allowed to come and watch?
Absolutely!
