This is the perfect class for either first-time canners or for canning veterans looking to brush up on their skills. You'll get hands-on experience preparing and preserving pickled dilly beans. Together we'll review the step-by-step procedures of home canning, you'll receive the latest safety guidelines, and practice hands-on canning in our teaching kitchen. Take home new resources, recipes, and confidence to do this at home. Class fee covers ingredients, materials, plus a $5 coupon to pick up anything else you'd like that night! You'll also take home a jar of dilly beans you prepare in class.
