Come join us at 1650 8th Ave for a fun make and take machine knitting workshop! Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, this workshop is perfect for anyone interested in learning how to machine knit. We'll guide you through the basics, so don't worry if you've never tried knitting before. Get ready to unleash your creativity and make a cozy beanie!. We'll provide you with a skein of yarn for your creation. See you there!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to knit?

No! Machine knitting is a different type of knitting, so we'll start everyone off from the very beginning. Even if you're an experienced hand-knitter or have never knitted at all, this workshop is perfect for you.

Do I need to bring anything?

Nope. We'll provide you with a skein of our hand-dyed yarn and our classic beanie pattern. We'll even have a cup of coffee or tea available for you, if you need some go-go juice!

Is there lunch provided?

No, not this time. We're finishing up right before noon. But, we will have boxed lunches available for purchase if you want to hang around and chat after the workshop.
