In this one hour, lunchtime class, we'll show you how to create a quick and easy meal that features the flavors of Hatch chiles.  You'll sit back, relax and enjoy lunch while our instructors show you how to make each dish. 

For ages 18 & up. Wine will not be served in this class.

• Hatch Chile & Chicken Enchiladas

• Apple & Jicama Slaw with Hatch Chile Dressing

• Vanilla Ice Cream with Pinon Caramel Sauce

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
