Confidence is a key life skill. If you are confident, you find it easier to learn new skills, make new friends, enjoy happy relationships, deal with change and achieve what you want in life. With confidence you can enjoy and live your life to its full potential.
In this six-week online course, you will learn how to increase your confidence and project a confident image. This course is a practical guide to taking charge of your life and making positive changes to increase confidence.
How much time do I need?
This course lasts for 6 weeks and has 6 lessons. If you want to complete all the activities, you will need 3-4 hours per week. Every lesson is divided into units, which have a recommended study time of approximately 1 hour each. You can do additional readings and activities to expand upon some of the topics.

Who is this course for?
This course is for those who are interested in increasing confidence for any personal or professional situation. You may be wanting to progress in developing your career, increase confidence at work, prepare for a particular event, such as a job interview or speaking at an event or feel more confident in personal situations. We also welcome those who wish to update and share their knowledge and expertise.
By the end of the course, successful participants will be able to:
- assess their current level of confidence
- identify areas for improvement
- plan a personal confidence building programme
- project a more confident image
- develop inner confidence
Successful participants will prepare to carry out a confidence building programme and develop a plan to increase confidence.
The course has a series of digital badges to be awarded throughout the duration.
Gaining the badges leads to a completion certificate. Life Coach 365 provides a certificate to whom complete more than 70% of the course. These certificates are not credit bearing.
You will receive your certificate directly via email a couple of weeks after the end of the course.
Main tools for study:
This course makes use of a range of technology to enhance learning including analysis tools to assess your confidence, video and discussion forums.
There will be a number of short, practical tasks for you to carry out during each week of the course, to gradually increase confidence. You'll be able to share your experiences on the course discussion forum.

When you start the course, look for the forums, where you can post comments and reply to others.
If you are a blogger, we hope you will want to blog about the course and share your learning in other ways. Look out for opportunities to access these contributions from other participants like yourself. You are encouraged to make connections using your own social media - Snapchat, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and blog posts - which you will take on with you after the course is over. Please always use the hastag #LSCONF (Life Skills Confidence) to make your contributions easier to find. You can keep a blog during the course and document your learning.
