About this event

Health • Medical

Restart A Heart Month is all about raising awareness of what an out of hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) is, what that looks like, and how with roughly 10mins of training we can all learn how to save a life.

Every year in Scotland an average of 3140 people suffer an out of hospital cardiac arrest, with only one in ten surviving and the fact that early CPR and defibrillation can more than double the chance of survival, knowing these skills can have a huge positive impact on survival rates.

So, if you are interested in learning this vital lifesaving skill, then drop on by the Ibrox Football Centre on Monday 13/10/2025, at any time between 18:00-20:00 and ask for one of our free demonstrations.

All ages are welcome and if you have any questions at all don't hesitate to get in touch with us by emailing community@firstaid.org.uk.
