This month, learn about the Contractor Development Pathway (CDP), a no-cost opportunity designed to help contractors grow in energy efficiency and increase participation in Energy Trust’s Existing Buildings and Home Retrofit programs. As a participant in CDP, contractors have the opportunity to access technical, business, and programmatic resources, but also to expand their professional network and build meaningful relationships with contractors from communities historically underserved by Energy Trust. Participants are also matched with an experienced mentor who can provide their expertise and share their experiences. Join us to learn more about Energy Trust of Oregon, the Contractor Development Pathway, and what it means to be a CDP mentor.

EnerCity Collaborative (ECC) helps contractors and small businesses expand their skills, certifications, and services in energy efficiency and healthy homes—creating opportunities for growth while building healthier communities. Join us to learn about upcoming training opportunities, participation requirements, and how to access free courses and paid stipends into 2026. These programs are designed to help both emerging and experienced contractors gain hands-on experience, earn industry credentials, and connect with clean energy projects across Oregon. Exciting things are ahead as ECC continues to create pathways for local talent and build healthier, more resilient homes.
