LEAP Lab with Mass Audubon
Overview
L.E.A.P. stands for Learn, Explore, and Play! These programs are geared towards kids and families.
Animal Survival: Doze, Deal or Ditch!
Sharpen your detective skills and explore the mysteries of how animals survive the winter season. Meet a live animal ambassador (we hear it might be a groundhog or a snake!) and their naturalist caretaker, observe specimens, make animal crafts, and conduct experiments to learn the many adaptations that animals use to stay warm. This program is designed with ages 4-10 in mind, but all ages are welcome. Please note that capacity is limited; space is available on a first come, first served basis regardless of registration.
Presented in collaboration with the Mass Audubon Society.
All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Responsible adults, please keep a close eye on your kids.
