Schedule: Sessions will be held on the 4th Monday of each month, 4 pm - 8 pm PST.

Stage 1: LEAP Program (January - March 2025)

1 session per month, focusing on the entrepreneurial foundation and advancement:

Session 1: January 22, 4-6 pm: Entrepreneur In the Making Assessment - AmPac Ecosystem Team

HW Assignment: Finalize MyBiz Match, read Entrepreneurial Leap, rough out MyVisionClarifier.

Session 2: February 26, 4-6 pm: My Biz Match Assessment review - AmPac Ecosystem Team.

Session 3: March 24, 4-6 pm: My Vision Clarifier review - AmPac Ecosystem Team.

Stage 2: Peer Advisory Program (April - June 2025)

1 session per month, focusing on business strategy and structure:

Session 4: April 28, 4-6 pm: Strategic Planning - AmPac Ecosystem Team.

Session 5: May 26, 4-6 pm: Culture of Accountability - AmPac Ecosystem Team.

Session 6: June 23, 4-6 pm: Organizational Structure - AmPac Ecosystem Team.

Stage 3: EOS & Know Your Numbers Program (July - December 2025)

Integrated sessions focusing on business operations and financial clarity:
