Day 3: Process mapping and root cause analysis tools

Day 4: Lean Six Sigma countermeasures

Day 5: Action planning, team presentations and certification training

Expected Learning outcomes

• Possess a complete understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
• Ability to apply standardized problem solving and root cause analysis tools
