About this event
Conflict doesn’t have to divide a team—it can strengthen it. In this interactive workshop designed for nonprofit managers and after-school program supervisors, we’ll reframe conflict from something to avoid into a powerful tool for building trust, surfacing diverse perspectives, and improving program quality.
Participants will:
- Learn strategies for giving feedback that balances honesty with care for relationships
- Receive and practice using a practical script for delivering feedback to individual staff members or to a team
- Explore how to manage tension while keeping the focus on shared goals and outcomes
Through real-world scenarios and authentic conversations, you’ll leave with concrete tools to navigate conflict with confidence and use it as a catalyst for growth—for yourself, your team, and your program.
