Lean into Conflict Part 2
Overview
Having tough conversations is one thing—helping them lead to real change is another. In this follow-up workshop, we’ll go deeper into how supervisors can turn conflict into opportunities for growth. Together, we’ll practice moving from conversation to resolution in ways that strengthen trust and keep teams moving forward.
Participants will:
- Explore how to step out of unhelpful conflict roles and into constructive ones (creator, coach, challenger)
- Learn simple ways to wrap up feedback conversations with clear next steps and accountability
- Practice following up after conflict to build stronger relationships and prevent repeat issues
- Work through real-world scenarios that supervisors face, with tools to stay calm and confident under pressure
Whether you’re new to supervision or building on your skills from Part 1, you’ll leave with practical strategies for guiding staff through conflict in a way that feels respectful, doable, and focused on solutions.
