Greetings Lean In Together circle members and guests,

Our March Lean In Circle is your chance to join a new Peer Coaching Circle that will meet monthly through November. If you've set ambitious goals for 2020, these new circles will provide you with the accountability and support to make it happen. Lean In Together MSP activities are open to both men and women. We will meet in the Bde Maka Ska (pronounced beh-DAY' mah-KAH' skah) room.

• Welcome
• Icebreaker: your ambitious 1-year goal.
• Getting everyone matched with a new circle
• Meet in small groups to learn about and practice the peer coaching format or get to know a classic circle leader. This will be your peer coaching circle (PCC) for the next 8 months. Your PCC will schedule its monthly two hour meetings so it works with your schedule.
• Closing appreciations and announcements

As usual we will gather at 5:45 p.m. and start promptly at 6 p.m.

Come ready to engage! To make the evening even better, here's the link to add or revise your current 1 year ambitious goal. Also think about if an in-person or virtual group will work best for you.
