Sign-in and Networking

The Green Dot Group

Arrive a few minutes early to grab coffee, check in, and connect with fellow improvement enthusiasts. This is a relaxed time to meet new faces, catch up with familiar ones, and start conversations that often spark the best ideas before we even kick things off.

9:00 AM - 9:20 AM

‘Tis the Season for Reflection and Strategy

The Green Dot Group

As we wrap up 2025, this session invites us to pause and reflect—both personally and organizationally. We’ll explore key lessons and wins from the year, discuss emerging business strategies for 2026, and consider how each of us can align our own growth with our organization’s direction. Using the A3 framework as a guide, we’ll look at how structured reflection and problem-solving can support positional development, helping us define our goals, assess gaps, and plan actionable next steps. Think of it as applying Lean thinking not just to processes, but to people and strategy.

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Lean Coffee Breakout

The Green Dot Group

In true Lean Coffee fashion, we’ll let the group set the agenda. Attendees will propose topics, vote to prioritize them, and then break into small groups for time-boxed discussions. This format keeps the energy high and ensures we focus on what matters most to those in the room. Whether it’s a challenge you’re facing, a success story to share, or an idea you’ve been testing, this is your space to learn from peers, exchange insights, and spark new thinking.
