Innovate Change Co. presents:

Lean Change Management: Helping People Through Complexity

Description: In today's fast-paced world, there is a prevalence of unknowns in how technology, especially AI will impact our lives. In this presentation we will discuss complexity, and the concept of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity). Whether you are an Organizational Change Manager, Project Manager or People Leader, understanding the domain we are in will help us establish that we need strategies for managing organizational change and people impacts without having all the details upfront. This session will include practical examples and tactics to help you prepare for and navigate people change effectively, even when faced with uncertainty.

Key-Take aways:

  1. Identify when we are in complexity: Participants will learn how to recognize complexity in organizational change.
  2. Comparing Change Management Approaches: Compare and contrast lean change management with planful change management, identifying the fit for purpose approach based on the context of the change.
  3. Practical Tactics for Managing People Change in Complexity: Learn example tactics and approaches for handling people change in uncertain environments, without needing to know all the details upfront.
