Sintonizar significa sentir los lugares, el entorno o la propia situación con diferentes sentidos y niveles de conciencia. «Sintonizar» es conectar con el mundo exterior, pero también es conectar con paisajes y espacios interiores: el yo interior que resuena, las intuiciones, las emociones y las prácticas aprendidas.
Cuando entramos en un bosque o en un campo ondulado, nos convertimos en parte de él. Cuando entramos en un bosque o en una extensa pradera, nos convertimos en parte de ella. Siempre formamos parte de un paisaje. Estamos en una asociación ecosistémica. En el momento en que estamos allí, lo influimos y él nos influye y nos afecta, y este ciclo de retroalimentación es la base del trabajo creativo que podemos realizar en cualquier lugar concreto.
Trae lo que te apetezca: instrumentos, papel, bolígrafos, disfraces... Ten en cuenta que estaremos al aire libre y crearemos y jugaremos al aire libre.

Tuning-in means feeling places, the environment or one’s situation, with diferent senses and layers of awareness. ‘Tuning-in’ is connecting to the outside world, but it is also connecting to inward landscapes and spaces: the resonating inner self, intuitions, emotions, and learned practices. When we enter a wood or a rolling stretch of open field, we become part of it. We are always part of a landscape. We are in an eco-systemic partnership. The moment we are there, we influence it, and it influences and aOects us, and this feedback loop is the basis for the creative work we might do in any particular place.
Please bring whatever you feel to bring: music instruments, paper, pens, costumes.... Be aware, that we will be outside and create and play outside.
