Do I have to live in Lealman?

No. We will guarantee space for any interested Lealman resident, but remaining open spaces will be filled by families from neighboring communities.

Is the mandatory orientation meeting on September 29th really mandatory?

Yes. In order to participate in this program, attendance at the orientation meeting is required.
