Leading with Wholeness with Max Klau
Overview
As leaders, or people who coach or consult with leaders, we understand the value of leading with purpose and having congruence between our purpose and our actions. We also know that we have a “shadow side” that sometimes gets in the way of achieving our purpose.
In this workshop, we’ll explore the dynamics of our “shadow side” and how to overcome that in order to be most effective. We’ll explore leadership development theory, myth and pop culture and engage in reflection and dialogue.
Objectives:
1. Clarify your own personal mission
2. Understand the concept of “shadow” and craft your own "shadow mission"
3. Enhance your ability to offer yourself and others more grace and compassion
