When can I expect my book to arrive?

Books will ship as promptly as possible; however, due to delivery timelines and other logistics
beyond our control, arrival times cannot be guaranteed. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the
on-sale date for delivery. Shipping delays are outside the control of both the bookstore &

Question 2

I am unable to join live. Will the event be recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The event will be recorded and shared with ticketholders following the event for 1
week. Please note you do need to register for the event in order to receive the recording.

Are captions available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Closed captioning is available by clicking the CC button at the bottom of your viewing
screen. Please email pr@randomhouse.com if you have any additional accessibility questions or concerns.

Where is my ticket and link to the event?

Accepted Answer

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite. Please check your
spam mail if you do not see it. The link to join the event will be sent via Eventbrite after ticket
sales end. You will also receive additional reminder emails with the link.

Question 5

Will I be able to participate during the event?

Accepted Answer

You will not be able to turn on your camera or microphone during the event. Instead, we
encourage you to submit questions in advance.

Question 6

I have a question for the author. Where can I submit it?

Accepted Answer

You will have the opportunity to submit questions when registering for the event. You will
also have another opportunity to submit questions when the link to the virtual event is shared.
Please note, only a selection of questions will be answered during the event.

Can I register for more than 1 ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can purchase more than 1 ticket. Each ticket includes a copy of the book and access
to the event.

Question 8

I live outside of the U.S. Can I join?

Accepted Answer

All ticketholders must have a U.S. mailing address. Our independent bookstore partners are
unable to ship internationally. Any tickets with international addresses will be refunded and
you will not be able to attend the event.

I’m having trouble registering. What should I do?
