By Executive Education

Overview

Artificial Intelligence is no longer just a technological issue - it's a leadership challenge.

As organizations adopt AI at unprecendented speed, leaders must balance innovation, trust, ethics, and human impact. Leadership in the Age of AI brings together, ethics, and technology to help participants;

  • Understand the forces driving AI transformation,
  • Assess organizational ethical risks, and
  • Lead with confidence and humanity in the age of intelligent systems.

Learning Outcomes

  • Explain how AI evolved - from mainframes to generative models - and identify the social and managerial patterns that accompany technological disruption.
  • Articulate the core mechanics of AI (e.g. vectors, GPUs, and multimodal learning) in accessible terms, allowing leaders to communicate confidently across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Evaluate organizational and societal risks of AI adoption using ethical and quantitative frameworks (e.g., probability-consequences analysis from Safe AI Basics).
  • Differentiate between acceptable and unethical risks, and apply mitigation strategies in leadership and policy decisions.
  • Design human-centered strategies that align innovation with organizational trust, equity, and inclusion.
  • Apply futurecasting techniques to anticipate AI's impact on their workforce and operating model.
