She has provided leadership coaching and training to workforce development, justice/reentry, and housing providers to enhance their service delivery systems, implement quality programming, and improve staff retention. Kisha has also conducted training on performance management, case management, trauma-informed care, maintaining professional boundaries, de-escalation techniques, and conflict resolution strategies.
