Leader's Programme Module 1 - Foundational Leadership

First Module of the Leaders's Programme delivered in partnership with NCERCC.

This module introduces concepts of: Indentifying the Primary Task, the concept of Alignment in leading others, Finding an Authentic Style of Leadership, taking up Role Authority and overcomning barriers to holding and excercising authority.

This module will include:

13th November: Face-to-face training in Cheshire.

12th December: Webinar to further enbed learning in the workplace.

January '26: Individual coaching session to overcome any barriers to applying learning and taking leadership.

Candidates should expect to develop a clearer vision of what leadership is and how to discover thier own authertic stlye of leading. The Webinar and coaching will suppport the further development and embedding of the 1 day training.

All of the trainings delivered in partnership with NCERCC are designed to developed the confidence and skills of leaders working in the sphere of residential child care.
