Panelists will discuss their career paths and respective sectors, provide insight about their experiences as women in CRE, and discuss major trends and challenges in real estate today.

CREWBaltimore is the local chapter of a professional organization designed to promote the business interests and professional advancement of women in all disciplines of the commercial real estate industry. CREW Network Foundation is committed to bringing more women into commercial real estate and supporting the next generation of female leaders. Through programs like UCREW, the organization seeks to introduce college and graduate-level students to opportunities within the industry by offering programs that educate about the career opportunities available and providing mentorships to those new to the industry. There are also 20 scholarships awarded each year to applicants nationally in addition to one local offering of a one-year paid student membership to the local Chapter.
