Why LeaderCoreKC?
We wanted to build a community of leaders who not only are getting to know each other and who do business together, but who are also aligned towards and committed to leadership excellence. We wanted to create consistent community-based experiences which foster these ends with lasting transformation for leaders.
We noticed that while many well-meaning leadership development opportunities cultivate inspiration, they often lack lasting transformation.
We believe that the difference between inspiration and transformation is perspiration, which is why in addition to providing world class leadership content we implement a process that helps you translate inspiration into actions.
