What: The Certified Remote Work Leader is a professional development course built specifically for the realities of managing in today’s distributed workplace. Whether you're a frontline manager adapting to hybrid or remote team leadership, or an HR professional tasked with supporting and developing those managers, this course provides the essential knowledge and skills to lead with confidence, clarity, and connection.
Leading remote and hybrid teams requires more than adapting in-person habits to Zoom calls. It takes intentionality, structure, and new ways of thinking. In this course, you’ll learn how to manage people you don’t see every day. You’ll develop strategies for building trust, improving communication, managing performance, resolving conflict, and sustaining a strong culture in a virtual environment.
Through seven comprehensive modules: Vision, Culture, Communication, Performance Management, Conflict Management, Change Management, and Learning & Development, you’ll gain practical, actionable insights that you can immediately apply. Each module is designed to support not only the “what” but the “how” of remote leadership, with tools, templates, and case studies from companies that are thriving in the remote-first world.
For HR professionals, the course also explores how to coach and train managers, design effective remote work policies, and support organizational change across hybrid and remote environments.
