Tickets are available at the door or skip the line and get your tickets in advance thru Eventbrite on you phone! Admission is $12.00 per person, per day on Saturday & Sunday. Tickets for VIP PreShop ---(EARLY Admission: 9:30 a.m. on Sat.) are $25.

Kids 12 & under are FREE!

Parking is available in the 4-story Palmer Parking Garage, next to the venue (to the east). It has two entrances: one on Barton Springs Road and one on Riverside Dr. Pro Tip: If there is traffic, enter on Riverside Dr. (We highly recommend taking an Uber/Lyft to save time and $!!)

Parking is $10 for most events. The Palmer Parking Garage is owned/managed by the City of Austin. A couple of days before the event, we will post the Shopper Map on our Insta/FB. Be sure to screenshot and save to your Favorites! You can also use the scancode on signs at the event to download the Shopper Map to your phone.

Some stores set up a change room area but most do not. And because it’s final sale, unless you are comfortable “le nu”, dress accordingly. Many women wear biker shorts, bathing suits, modest lingerie. And voila! You’re prepared to score une grand affaire!!

Every vendor processes their own sales, so you must pay for your merchandise at each booth. Some vendors may be cash only-- but most will accept credit cards or venmo….just ask them.

There is an ATM (bank transaction fees apply) in the Palmer Events Center main lobby.

It can be very difficult to navigate the aisles and booths with a stroller. If you need to bring one, you may want to come later in the day when it's less crowded.

Door charges cover venue costs, advertising, insurance, staffing, and all the millions of little things that have to happen to make this event a reality. Because the stores are selling at or below cost, Le Garage Sale keeps the Vendor fees low so they can pass those savings on to you!!!

Coffee, snacks, sandwiches, etc. are available at Palmer concessions — and we'll have a a full bar + a roaming bar cart!
