LCC 'Ohana Produce Plus Program

Please follow the rules and regulations listed:

• With registration, we have your food items reserved for your one household ticket.
• Must be present at pick up.
• Please let us know of your cancellation for others in need.

1. Input your name for your ticket, exactly as shown on your government-issued ID to be used upon arrival.
2. Choose only ONE ticket, either 9:30 am. or 10:15 am. ONLY one ticket will be honored for a household.
3. A household is defined by an address and everyone (including multiple families and/or generations living under one roof) who lives at that address.
4. Please do not arrive on property before 8:00 am. This allows for volunteers to arrive safely and setup. Distribution will not begin any early than the scheduled 9:30 am time.
5. Must be present at pick up. Limited parking. If parking lot is full, please come back in 10 min. for an open stall. The event will close at 11:00 am.
6. Each vehicle may carpool up to 3 adults, each with their own confirmed ticket (printed or digital) and a matching valid government-issued ID.
7. We recommend you stay in your vehicle during distribution for your safety.
8. Please have your trunk or tailgate cleared.
9. NO pets allowed
10. Hawaii Foodbank and Leeward Community Church reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who does not comply with these rules and regulations established.
